Hello, hi 👋 My name is Justine, the woman behind Moon in My Tarot.
I'm a designer, an artist, a communications strategist, and a tarot aficionado.
I create tarot resources and spaces that encourage self-resourcing, self-empowerment and self-growth. I help you answer the big questions around purpose and potential as they relate to your life and career.
I’m Chinese-Taiwanese-Canadian with She/Her/Hers pronouns, living, working, and playing in Lekwungen Traditional Territory, known today as the Esquimalt and Songhees Nations in Victoria, BC.
In October 2017, Moon in My Tarot quietly emerged on Instagram as a space to nurture and deepen my tarot practice. What came out of it was a way to strengthen my intuition while simultaneously learning about it.
There are countless ways to work with tarot, and for me, the practice brought me home to myself and into the present moment (where intuition can truly be heard).
Every time I found myself in a job-hunting phase or facing the unknown, I turned to tarot. Each phase birthed a different creative project, with almost all of them revolving around tarot resources.
Now, ~7 years later, I finally feel ready to share them with the world. I love empowering people with ways to connect with their wisdom and intuition and cheering them along the way (double Leo, moon in Scorpio 🫡). Tarot is another means to do just that.
The closer we align with our true natures, the better we can show up for the people in our lives and help make this world a place for everyone to thrive.
My ongoing work involves decolonizing myself and my spiritual practice, supporting indigenous resurgence, reconciliation, and social and environmental justice. I honour LGBTQ2S+ and all the countless affirmative ways that people choose to identify themselves.
